You can measure your wrist or neck with a string and measure it with a ruler - remember to measure it exactly how you would like it to fit so a bit loose/ leaving some room and choosing product size accordingly ;)
We work with most only gold filled, sterling silver and silk cord due to their good value and durability.
.925 Silver is recommended to be polished from time to time as needed then it goes back to its original shine.
Gold Filled items are very tarnish resistant but as with any other thing the better you care for it the more it can ultimately last in its prime state.
Taking it off when convenient before beach swimming and other strenuous activities can be helpful. As well as storing it when not in use by placing it in a dry, dark place, like the original package we provide.
If ever it does need refreshing, a quick dip in liquid jewelry cleaner will bring it back to shine like new!
You may add gift wrapping for one piece at checkout for $5. Please specify in the notes which piece we are to wrap or contact us to add more than one piece wrapped to your order :)
All of our orders are packaged with attention - and most include a box that readies the piece for gifting.
Often we will combine pieces in gift boxes (not the Morse Code) so if you order multiple items and would like them boxed separately please leave us a note at checkout.
We are also glad to include a gift note on your behalf if you would like to ship directly to the person you are gifting to :))
Please check with us on estimated shipping time for orders of 6 pieces or more. We try to keep our processing time as low as possible but it may increase slightly for large orders to ensure proper attention and detailing.
We always provide a tracking number upon sending out items and the USPS is great about making information available regarding the status of your package. Once it is received by the USPS though the item is out of our hands and control and they usually ask that the receiver contact them regarding issues. I have found the consumer affairs phone numbers very useful and will share link!
We unfortunately can not be responsible for lost packages however please ask us about affordable insurance for your package to the US and some other countries.
Tracking is provided for international packages though many times the info provided stops after customs. It is not uncommon for some international packages to take near 30 Days to deliver.
When on occasion it is necessary to contact the USPS We have been advised that the receiver ought to do it
but I am here sharing a great resource of local numbers to reach an agent for assistance!

A few common destinations such as Australia, England and Germany often feature tracking towards the end of the delivery process however many other countries do not offer tracking or delivery confirmation.
We cannot be responsible for packages once turned into the USPS and choosing to have it shipped internationally is at the Buyer’s risk.
Please know that there might be some custom charges upon receipt and these can vary by region.
